Please note that Delivery costs and time schedules relate to orders placed online. Delivery costs and time frames for orders placed in our Valley Store may differ. Please check with us if you have any queries.

Delivery Time
Home Delivery is usually 3-5 working days.
Deliveries are a curb-side, 1 man service to an accessible ground floor entrance.
Please note that some items may arrive separately dependant on the products ordered.

Fitted orders:
There is no delivery charge for orders where we have arranged installation by one of our 3rd Party Fitting Partners.
The Fitting Fee is to be paid directly to the 3rd party fitter.

Installation arrangement & costs.
Fitting Fees are payable directly to our 3rd party Fitting partner. ‘Website Exclusive’ products ; may be delivered prior to fitting – Once we have a delivery date scheduled, we will arrange for the fitters to install your flooring for a day shortly after your delivery has been received. In other instances, the Fitter will bring the flooring at the time of Fitting. Read the Fitting Terms here.

Upon Receipt of Goods
Please note that manufacturers, Wholesalers and Retailers often use different product names for the same flooring product. Do not worry if the product name is different on the packaging label than shows on your receipt. However, please visually check prior to unpackaging, cutting or fitting, that you have received the correct goods, quantity, colour and design, etc. In the unlikely event that a wrong product has been provided, we must be able to retrieve it in a perfect, resalable condition.
