If upon Receipt of the Rug, you find that it does not suit, or is an inappropriate size etc, you can return it to our Valley Showroom for a full refund. Please note that the Rug must be returned within 30 days of receipt, and must be in an unused, perfect condition.
Clearance Rugs – Rugs listed as ‘Clearance’ are not eligible for Free Delivery. They are available for collection from our Valley showroom, or can be delivered for a fee.
